Refunds and Returns
Our policy allows for refunds and returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 30 days, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
Please note that sale items are eligible for partial refunds only. Regular-priced items can be fully refunded, but sale items cannot.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at hello@grizzlyleather.co.za and send your item to 750 Farm Road, Equestria, Pretoria.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to 750 Farm Road, Equestria, Pretoria.
When returning an item, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted

Please remember that shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. While we do our best to receive all returned items, we cannot guarantee their arrival.
